Welcome to Mind Shift Sports – Where Purpose Meets Play

At Mind Shift Sports, we’re more than just a league — we’re a nonprofit community movement dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and uplifting neighborhoods across Caddo Parish and surrounding areas. Our mission is rooted in preventing child abuse and neglect, and we proudly use the power of sports to create safe, supportive, and inspiring environments for every child.

What Makes Us Different?

We offer competitive and developmental flag football opportunities for boys, girls, and coed teams across all age levels.
We proudly host dedicated division for elementary, middle, and high school athletes with disabilities, ensuring every child has the chance to play, grow, and be celebrated.
We support local small businesses by offering vendor spots at our games and tournaments to help fuel the local economy.
Every game is a chance to build character, teamwork, and community — on and off the field.

Kinder - 2nd Grade
3rd-5th Grade
Middle School Division
High School Division
Disability Inclusion Leagues (Elementary, Middle, and High School)
